Factory

We past through to obtain ISO22000: 2005 food safety management system standard in 2012 by Accredited Certification International Limited.

8,800 square foot in “one-way-production-line”, that means from raw materials to the completion there is only “one-way” processing to guarantee product’s quality and freshness, and it conforms the international standard as well.










Facilities

As we based on the highest standard of food safety management system, we start up full electricity-cook instead of fire, with the developed cooking system, cool down system, packing machines, 2 chilled rooms and 2 frozen rooms, operating each of the parts independently.










Staff

Staff is our big asset, most of them are working here more than 10 years. They got much experience of new products development and research, and they also gain much exercise of food production and packing steps. We have got experienced chefs to responsible for new flavor or taste products as well.










Managment

We are following the rules and details of food safety management system in ISO22000 + HACCP. Besides, we also stick to the ideas of “5S” system to manage the factory (Structurice, Systematize, Sanitize, Standardize, Self-Discipline).
