TradeMart Limited previously named as H & H Food Manufacturing Limited & The Bakery Limited respectively in 1997, which was the first company that Macau Portuguese egg tart was recommend and launched in Hong Kong, opened the first retail premises at San Tung Street, Mong Kok in 1998. The outcome of selling egg tart was a tremendous and huge of success that brought the great mass fervor and “talk of the town” in Hong Kong.
In 2000, the company changed her business model from a retail outlet to small-medium scale factory in manufacturing baking production as a wholesale type, supplied daily fresh bakery products to supermarkets, schools and convenient stores in Hong Kong. Starting from 2001 the company collaborated with 7-Eleven (HK), the largest convenient chain stores for providing daily fresh snack products as business partnership, mainly focusing on different kinds of sandwiches until now. The company is one of the largest daily sandwich supply companies in Hong Kong.
The company changed the name to TradeMart Limited since 2004, not only produced daily fresh foods but imported various kinds of food products from different countries. The exploitation of trading business has been developing with Korea, Japan, and Sweden. More than that, sauces for dishes and snacks are manufactured to Japanese restaurants as well. Later on we owned our recipe and brand, selling in supermarkets as popular products.
